While this project will only impact small sections of the beach at any given time, we want to ensure you’re aware of its occurrence. The town anticipates minimal disruption to individual properties during this period. On the bright side, this process can be fascinating to observe and will result in stunningly restored beaches once completed.

1 Galleon – This high-end, luxury, brand new construction 3rd-row beach home, was built for large families to enjoy the pool/hot tub, game room, two living rooms, open concept floorplan with large chef’s kitchen and plenty of space to spread out. A path behind the home leads to the beach path – no main roads. Just a 3-minute walk to the beach. The home was designed to be light and coastal with shiplap throughout the common areas, with luxury furnishings mostly sourced from Restoration Hardware. The home also features Tempurpedic mattresses, an elevator, 3 fireplaces, a built-in grill, outdoor shower, and built-in sonos system.

Upon entering the home, you will see how the open concept floorplan was specifically designed for easy flow between indoor and outdoor living. The main floor great room features a large sectional couch and additional seating around a fireplace. There is room for 10 around the dining table, and room for 8 more around the gorgeous waterfall island.

The main living room of the home features a massive sliding door, which opens to an expansive (screened-in) back porch. The back porch has another large dining table with seating for 10, outdoor fireplace, seating area with an outdoor TV, sectional couch and hanging porch swings, built-in grill, and half-bath.

Plan to cook for the whole family in this home’s gorgeous and well stocked kitchen, complete with double islands, GE Monogram appliances including double ovens, a 48” cooktop range and large professional refrigerator and freezer columns. The home’s massive butler’s pantry features lots of open shelving (for organizing groceries) and easy access to small kitchen appliances as well as the kitchen’s dry/coffee bar. There you’ll find a beverage fridge and (pellet) ice maker! There is also a laundry room on this floor with 2 washers and 2 dryers.

Also on the main floor are 2 bedrooms each with large smart TVs and en-suite baths. The huge Master has a king and a sitting area with 2 swivel chairs as well as a large bathroom with double vanity and large closet. The Jr. Master on this floor also has a king as well as a single sleeping chair.

You can take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor where there are 4 bedrooms as well as a small office area and a second big living room (large Smart TV) with a sleeper couch. The 4 bedrooms up here each have large smart TVs. Bedroom 3 has a King bed, single sleeper chair and private bathroom. Bedroom 4 has 2 queen beds, bathroom, and a long window bench. Bedroom 5 includes a King bed, bathroom, and a sitting area with 2 swivel chairs. The large bunk room has 2 Bunks (Twin over Queen) and a bathroom that also has an entrance from the hall.

Downstairs on the home’s ground level you’ll find a 7ft deep swimming pool, that also has a splash ledge in the shallow end for little ones. There is a also a hot tub to take all your cares away. This level’s covered porch features an outdoor shower, seating area with fireplace, outdoor TV, large couch and 4 swivel chairs and an outdoor dining table seating 8. Two sliding doors on this level open to a game room with a refrigerator, and plenty to do including ping pong, basketball, foosball and more.

The home makes your vacation easy for you and features an elevator with access to all 3 floors. It comes stocked with everything you need for a fun and relaxing beach weekend, including beach chairs, a beach cart, and toys. Staying here is also made easy for families with young kids. The home is stocked with a high-chair, 2 pack-and-plays, a few kids’ toys, and books.

5508 Hampton Place

Welcome to 5508 Hampton Place – New to Our Market and New to the Rental Market in the newest buildings in Palmetto Dunes. This updated beach influenced villa is the place to stay with family and friends. A great condo with stunning views of the Ocean, Beach and the lush, manicured grounds and pool area. Upon entering this villa and looking out to the ocean and all the fresh design elements makes for the ideal vacation!

Taking the elevator up to the 5th Floor you enter upon the dining area with a table for 6 or 7 (bench seat) as well as 4 barstools that overlooks the updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and open concept. The kitchen always the center of any home is a showstopper and includes ocean views to boot!

The living area, besides having comfortable chairs and sofas (including a queen sleeper sofa) and a large flat screen TV has amazing views of the ocean. There is a small table and chairs that can be used for games. From all the seats you can see the waves roll in and the dolphin’s play. Step out on the large balcony and enjoy the ocean breezes and pool views while drinking a cup of coffee or a cocktail. There are seats to enjoy a good book when you aren’t down on the beach.

The King in the master allows you to wake to the sunrise over the ocean and even have your own private balcony with comfortable chairs to take in the view. There is a flat screen Television for your enjoyment. The updated master bath has a large step-in shower and tons of counter space at the double vanity sinks.

On the other side of the villa will be the second master bedroom with a King and ocean view, Flat Screen TV and has an updated private bathroom with a shower tub combination. The sliding glass door/window goes out to main balcony as well.

Back near the front door is a hallway that includes a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. This hall also has a guest bathroom with a large, updated shower. The 3rd bedroom at the end of the hall will have a Queen over Queen Bunk Bed as well as a Flat Screen TV.

Hampton Place is an amazing pool complex! Not only 1 but 2 pools. One is the family pool (that is heated from 3/15 – 4/30 & 10/15 – 11/30 -dates subject to change) and nearby is the kiddie pool. Then there is the more relaxing “adult” pool as well with a nearby complex hot tub. There is plenty of seating, a covered picnic area, gas grills, and restrooms. Another exceptional amenity is a workout facility just for the guests of Hampton Place.

Hampton Place is also located next to the Omni Oceanfront Resort so that you can easily walk over for specialty shops and restaurants. Palmetto Dunes is in the middle of Hilton Head and has world class Tennis / Pickleball Center, 3 Golf Courses, and a 7-mile lagoon system you can canoe or kayak on. Also, restaurants like the Dunes House, Alexanders and more. You can rent bikes at Hilton Head Outfitters as well as learn to surf if you want, seasonally (Mar- Oct) you can call the Dunes Buggy and they can take you across Hwy 278 to Shelter Cove Harbour and Shelter Cove Towne Center for everything you could possibly need for your stay.

Single level, spacious, two bedrooms with garage parking, elevator access and a huge resort style beachfront pool.
