At this time, no Luxury Rentals of Hilton Head Properties are Pet Friendly. Most of our properties are in Oceanfront Buildings in which the Regimes allow only owners to have dogs. If it is found that pets are in the property, we have the right to remove you from the property and retain all rents collected.
The Resort Fee is our bundling service for your stay that covers 1 car pass per bedroom where passes are required or where parking restrictions apply, professional pre-arrival and post-departure property inspections, upgraded linens and bath amenities, starter supplies, 24hr call service and our Damage Protection Plan.
The protection will cover up to $1,000 for reported accidental damage with a $50.00 deductible. ALL Damage must be reported before your departure. The protection plan does not cover malicious or intentional damage. Guests card on file will be responsible for any expense more than $1,000.
Yes, All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided, Please bring your own Beach Towels.
You will be provided with 'Starter" size Dish Soap, Laundry Detergent, a roll of Paper Towel; Two Rolls of Toilet Paper, Bath Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner in each Bath.
POOL HEAT - Single Family Homes - Pool heat is available at an additional charge. Due to unforeseen mechanical problems with heating equipment no adjustment will be made to the processing fee or the rental fee for the property. A.) Heat is based on propane usage with a nonrefundable $375 (+ convenience fee if applicable) minimum charge. B.) This covers 60 gallons of propane and a $75 processing fee. C.) The propane meter is read at the time the system is turned on and again the day of check out. D.) The charge is the amount of gas used in the tank and multiplying that by $5.50 per gallon. E.) Any usage over the minimum will be charged to your credit card within 7 days of your departure. F.) No refunds for any unused portion of the propane fee. G.) By ordering and paying for this service you understand that, depending on the time of year, propane usage can be significant, and charges can range as high as a $1,000 or more. The “average” winter weeklong rental cost is about $750. The majority of propane usage is typically within the first 48hrs.
JACUZZI/HOT TUB HEAT In the high summer season from Memorial Day to Labor Day the Jacuzzi heat is FREE. All other times it is $65 per day of stay. The fee applies to the entire stay and cannot be adjusted. For Stays longer than 14 days, please inquire. There is a $50 Service Charge and Convenience Fees apply to all charges.
Pools are cleaned mid-week and Saturday from April to September and either midweek or Saturday all other times. If a storm is the reason for a request for an additional clean, then you will be billed for the extra clean at $65. The timing of this clean is solely controlled by the pool company and not LRHH.

We are not responsible for any items left behind. Agent will make every effort to find and return any lost or left behind items at guest’s expense. Returning Item - There is a $35 fee for handling, plus postage.
QUIET TIME ON HILTON HEAD ISLAND – 10PM – 7AM - In the Town of Hilton Head Island it is unlawful to unreasonably disturb the peace and quiet of those in their homes and public places. You can and will be fined for excessive noise (including music and loud talking). Please be considerate of your neighbors as noise travels and the towns regulations are in force 24 hours a day.
PARKING PASSES – For properties that require car passes, it is based on 1 pass per bedroom (maximum of 6 passes total for homes) per week. Exception is Ocean One where there is a 2 Car Pass Maximum for all guests, and LRHH is not responsible for any extra cars and where you park them. Cars anywhere on HHI should always be locked and garage doors closed. For all Palmetto Dunes property rentals: If parking passes have to be reissued there is a cost of $30 each. For stays of 7 days or less, vehicle passes are included at no additional charge. For stays of 8 to 20 days vehicle passes are $40 per pass plus convenience fees. Stays of 21 days or longer are $50 per pass plus convenience fee. For partial stay passes please inquire.
Ocean One in S. Forest Beach allows 2 CAR PASSES ONLY and there is nowhere else to park overnight. If you will have more cars than 2, we can help you look for another complex that might work better for your stay. 8 Dinghy allows 6 CAR PASSES ONLY and that is all that will fit in the driveway. For any of the single-family homes parking is to only be in the driveway or garage where there is a garage open for parking. THERE IS NO PARKING ON THE STREET OR YARD AT ANY TIME. Cars can be and will be towed by the town.
Yes, PALMETTO DUNES does not allow the following - Buses, RVs, motorcycles, and any kind of vehicle with company logos or advertising are prohibited. Boats, kayaks, canoes, jet skis, trailers and other similar items are permitted only if they are stored in a garage or other similar building designed and approved to accommodate the equipment. Trailers can stay for 2 hours to unload and load, but they must be fully stored as stated previously or removed from property.
Constructions and renovations are not an uncommon occurrence on Hilton Head Island. LRHH cannot predict the location of all construction activity. We make every effort to inform guests of these activities. We regret any inconvenience but cannot control these situations. Relocation or refunds may be considered in extreme circumstances but remain at our sole discretion. Please note that all villa/condo complex projects allow for owner/interior construction from 10/1 – 3/31 (some later than this) each year and these are the specific project we are never aware of. The larger complex projects are planned, and we are often notified (but not always, unfortunately) and therefore we will inform you as we know.
