Palmetto Dunes’ Hampton Place villas are 1, 2- and 3-bedroom options. Whether you getaway alone, or bring multiple family and friends you will not be disappointed. 1-bedroom villas have an open plan where the kitchen overlooks the dining and living area with the Master having a view, private bathroom as well as a 2nd full bathroom and a washer and dryer. The 2-bedroom option has separated bedrooms, each with a view and a private bathroom, while the open living space has an entrance to the balcony, full kitchen, dining area and of course a washer and dryer. The large 3-bedrooms are something to experience and really have the wow factor. The kitchen, the heart of every stay, overlooks not only the living area but one can also enjoy ocean views while prepping meals. Two balconies can be accessed, one from the main master and the other from the living area as well as 2nd master. Each master has en-suite bathrooms and near the third bedroom is the last bathroom as well as the laundry room with washer and dryer.

Hampton Place Complex Map and Building Layouts

A Hampton Place perk is the workout room near the pool that guests of Hampton Place can use. The Fitness Center is open from 6am – 10pm and has a special code to get in. There are ellipticals, treadmills and a weight machine as well as free weights. The pool area is open from 8am to sunset and with its comfortable blue cushioned lounge chairs and matching umbrellas it is possibly one of the most beautiful areas in all of Palmetto Dunes. There is a large pool and a lap pool to exercise in (heated seasonally), a hot tub to relax in, but don’t forget the beach is just steps away down a walkway. There is a firepit with chairs near the 3 propane grills and tables to enjoy your meal. Bathrooms for your comfort, covered area to get out of the sun and shower station to get the sand off are all part of the Hampton Place complex. Complex parking is both underneath the building as well as out front.
