The 5 story buildings hold 88 units and many of the buildings villas directly face the Atlantic Ocean while others have landscape views, but all take only a moments’ walk to the hard packed Hilton Head beach. On the grounds of Ocean One is a large oceanfront pool with loads of lounge chairs along with tables and umbrellas. along with a new Fire Pit area. Through the coded beach gate, you are soon sitting with your toes in the sand.

Ground floor Ocean One units have direct walk outs while the rest of the villas have balconies to catch the ocean breezes. Many of the villas have been updated and have the latest amenities as well as en-suite bathrooms. Generally able to sleep between 4 and 10 guests there is lots of room with a center kitchen overlooking your dining and then living area to the balcony. Each villas include a full washer and dryer, and many have an outside closet to hold beach chairs and carts to make the walk to the beach even easier. Parking is in front of complex and only allows 2 cars per unit.

Ocean One Complex Map and Building Layouts

On the grounds of Ocean One is a large oceanfront pool with loads of lounge chairs along with tables and umbrellas. Through the coded beach gate, you are soon sitting with your toes in the sand. Whether you bring your own chairs or reserve them from Shore Beach Services you can enjoy the wide beach of the Atlantic Ocean. There is a shower to get the sand off your feet as well as a grilling area with 3 propane grills for your use. A new addition is the Fire Pit Area with comfortable Adirondack chairs perfect for relaxing. One of the only complexes in the Forest Beach area of Hilton Head with onsite security. Please note you are only allowed a max of 2 vehicles for any stay, and they require parking passes from security. The outside parking is an easy walk to any of the buildings where there are 2 elevators and stairs to the villas.
