Available Villamare Condos for Rent

Most of the Villamare villas are 2 bedrooms set up with a front entry foyer with one side of the villa having a full kitchen, dining and living area with an entrance to one of the balconies. Off this space is the master with an en-suite bathroom as well as an entrance to the same balcony. On the other side of the villa is a very generous guest bedroom generally equipped with 2 queen beds and its own private balcony along with a private bathroom. Villamare also has a few beautiful 3-bedroom villas that generally would have 2 King bedrooms and a third bedroom with 2 queen beds, all with private en-suite bathrooms. The villas all have a full kitchen along with living and dining areas, and multiple balconies. Each Villamare villa has a full-size washer and dryers in the unit as well. Views range from Oceanfront. Oceanview, Ocean peak and views overlooking the lush landscaping which might just include some turtles sunning near the lush fountains and beautiful grounds.

Villamare Complex Map and Building Layouts

Villamare is the first complex on the left after you come through the South Gate in Palmetto Dunes. The Villamare Villas are made up of three buildings. Buildings 1 and 3 mostly have Ocean views while building 2 overlooks the landscaped grounds. As you turn into Villamare, if you go right, you will pass the workout facility (which includes an indoor pool and spa) on toward Building 3. And when you turn left you will first see Building 2 and then closer to the ocean is building 1. Parking options are outside as well as under the building. Each building has is equipped with at least 1 elevator and stairs that will get you to the top 5th floor.
